New tenure brochure

WA’s property sector can now access a digital copy of Landgate’s New Tenure // New Opportunities brochure for an introduction to how community schemes operate in Western Australia.

The brochure includes a series of theoretical scenarios which explore some potential applications of this new land tenure.

It also outlines a series of other resources that are available to support industry with understanding community schemes.
