Community and industry engagement

Landgate has consulted widely with government agencies, industry and the community to get the best outcomes for Western Australia and will continue to do so as the strata reforms are implemented.

In September 2019, we consulted on the proposed strata regulations that will accompany the amended Strata Titles Act 1985.

Landgate held community information sessions across Perth and regional WA to build awareness of the key changes. You can view recordings of select sessions and Landgate's responses to frequently asked questions on this website.

Landgate reviewed all feedback received during the consultation period and delivered the final Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019 to Parliament in December 2019.
