Customer feedback and complaints

We value your feedback. It helps us improve our products and services and understand what matters to you.

If you’re not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint via the above feedback form.

Our complaints process follows the principles set out in the Effective Complaint Handling Guidelines | Ombudsman WA, which focus on fairness, efficiency, safety, and managing unreasonable conduct.

How we handle your feedback

We’ll acknowledge your feedback within 24 hours and aim to respond within 10 working days. If we need more time or information, we’ll let you know.

Landgate will:

  • Handle your feedback fairly and respectfully.
  • Work with you to understand and address your complaint.
  • Use feedback to improve our services.

We expect respectful communication with our staff. Correspondence containing abusive or threatening language may not receive a response.

We regularly review our process to make sure it is effective. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can request escalation of your matter for further review within Landgate. If we are unable to meet your concerns, you may wish to contact the WA Ombudsman on (08) 9220 7555, or for country areas 1800 117 000 - free call.
