CIB 300: New commencement date – updated Registrar and Commissioner of Titles’ Joint Practice: Verification of Identity and Authority (VOI Practice)

The updated VOI Practice will not commence on 28 August 2017, as previously advised in CIB 299 issued on 22 August 2017.

A new commencement date for the updated VOI Practice will be advised in due course.

The existing VOI Practice will continue to operate.

Until further notice, self-represented parties may still have their identities verified at Australia Post under the current service, and the Registrar of Titles will continue to issue a Verification of Identity Statement for self-represented parties who have been identified by Australia Post.
