CIB 373: Electronic Conveyancing update - Sympli approved as an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator in Western Australia

I am pleased to announce that Landgate has approved Sympli Australia Pty Ltd (Sympli) to operate an Electronic Lodgment Network (ELN) in Western Australia (WA).

Sympli is planning to commence WA operations by lodging its first document in the coming weeks.

From this point, there will be two Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) operating in WA, Sympli (Sympli Australia Pty Ltd) and PEXA (Property Exchange Australia Ltd).

The approval of a second ELNO is a significant milestone and is the first step toward a competitive Western Australian electronic conveyancing market.
