CIB 376: Sympli lodges their first discharge of mortgage in WA

Sympli Australia Pty Ltd (Sympli) has successfully lodged their first discharge of mortgage document electronically.

In January 2022, Landgate approved Sympli to lodge discharge of mortgages, mortgages and withdrawal of caveats via their Electronic Lodgment Network (ELN) in Western Australia.

I am advised that Sympli will be working with select financial institutions and practitioners in Western Australia, as part of their Early Access Program.
