Prepare for EAS2 decommissioning

Landgate is in the process of decommissioning the Electronic Advice of Sale 2 (EAS2) application with the aim of having all current users switched over to the Property Reporting Online (PRO) system by 1 July 2026.

PRO contains all of the core features previously exclusive to EAS2 and will become the sole platform for submitting an EAS to participating rating and taxing authorities.

As such, the ability to submit new electronic advice of sale submissions in EAS2 will be removed at close of business on 8 May 2026.

The 'EAS re-enquiry', 'notify of cancelled sale', and 'add a conveyancer to an EAS' functions remain active and will be removed once all recorded EAS2 submissions are three months past their recorded settlement date.

To assist with this transition, Landgate has provided PRO FAQs, user guides and 'how to' videos. These guides and videos cover the full process of submitting an EAS, as well as separate specific guides that cover submitting an Advice of Sale only and submitting the Australian Taxation Office reporting fields only.

Should you require further information, please contact Landgate Customer Service.
